§ 8 Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. If several products are ordered in a single order and are delivered separately, the right of withdrawal applies from the day on which the customer takes possession of the last product. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last product.

The customer is obliged to return the products immediately, but no later than fourteen days after declaring the cancellation. The return must be made to the address provided in the contact. Please contact us before returning the goods by sending an email to support@mysupplement.ch.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the following address before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the customer withdraws from this contract, the provider will refund all payments received from the customer, excluding delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the products were received by the provider. For this refund, the provider will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If a loss in value of the goods has occurred during the examination of their quality, properties and functioning, this is not to be taken into account by the customer. Customers must return the products immediately (at the latest within fourteen days of the cancellation of the order).
